Orders are processed and prepared once payment is confirmed within the following hours: Monday to Friday until 13pm CEST. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day. Please, note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays.
The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically during checkout, as it varies depending on the weight and destination.
EU ZONE
Orders made within the European Union zone will not incur in customs or duties charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Our shipping rates exclude taxes and duties. But at the checkout process an estimate of this costs will appear.
International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties upon delivery. This charge is normally determined by your local customs authority. For more information about potential fees, we kindly refer you to the transportation company or the customs in your country. If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable.
The delivery time varies and ranges between 1 to 10 working days, depending on your country, preferred shipping provider and delivery method.
Log in to your Amlul account to check that your order has been accepted. You will find your order status in your account dashboard. Click on your order tracking number and you will be redirected to the website of the delivery service provider you have chosen, to track your package. If after 10 working days you have still not received your order, contact the delivery service provider, with your order tracking number in hand.
