Returns & Refunds

You have 15 days from the date of the order is recived to request a return. Return conditions

All items must be returned in their original condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• With all original tags attached

• Including original packaging and the return questionnaire

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer. For hygiene reasons, accessories and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Products purchased with any type of discount are not eligible for return.

-Request a return

To request a return, please contact us at returns@amlul.com, including your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the next steps to complete the return process.

Once your return request has been approved:

• You will need to drop off your package at your nearest DHL service point. Please ensure the parcel is securely packed and includes all required documentation. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs, customs duties, or additional charges that may apply.

 - Sale & discounted items

Items purchased during end-of-season sales, Black Friday, or with any additional promotional discount are not eligible for monetary refunds.

These items may be:

• Exchanged for another item, subject to availability, or

• Returned in exchange for a store credit for the same amount paid.

This store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

-Faulty or incorrect ítems

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at returns@amlul.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. In this case, we will cover all return costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

-Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved after our quality control check, and provided that it complies with our return conditions: 

• Refunds will be processed within 15 working days

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
