Shipping & returns
Orders within Europe are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days, while international orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 working days. Please note that if your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated delivery time is 15–20 working days. For any additional information regarding your order, you can contact returns@amlul.com.
Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. Some of our carriers may deliver during weekends, which can occasionally shorten delivery times, but we cannot guarantee weekend delivery.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Madrid. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on the destination country. These costs are not included in the order total and must be covered by the customer.
Orders can be signed for by someone other than the recipient; however, we cannot accept responsibility if the signature at the delivery address does not match the intended recipient. In addition, packages delivered with proof of signature cannot be refunded or replaced once the courier has confirmed successful delivery.
Sale & discounted items:
Items purchased during end-of-season sales, Black Friday, or with any additional promotional discount are not eligible for monetary refunds. These items may be exchanged for another item, subject to availability, or returned in exchange for a store credit for the same amount paid. This store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Is it possible to track my order?
Yes, it is possible to track your order.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Madrid, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details so you can follow your delivery. Please note that orders within Europe are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 working days, and international orders within 3 to 7 working days. If your order includes a pre-order item, dispatch may take 15–20 working days.

Do you deliver on bank holidays and weekends?
Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Some of our carriers may deliver during weekends, which can occasionally reduce overall delivery time, but weekend delivery cannot be guaranteed. Bank holidays are not included in the standard delivery timeframe.
How do I return my order?
To return your order, you must request the return within 15 days from the date the order is received by contacting us at returns@amlul.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you wish to return.
All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached, and including the original packaging and return questionnaire. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.
Once your return request has been approved, you will need to drop off your package at your nearest DHL service point. Please ensure the parcel is securely packed and includes all required documentation.
Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs, customs duties, or additional charges that may apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – RETURNS
International returns must be shipped by the customer using the courier of their choice. The company does not provide prepaid return labels and does not cover any shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply to the return package.
Please include the completed return questionnaire inside the package and clearly indicate the return reference on the outside of the parcel. All return shipments must be sent at the customer’s own expense and responsibility.
NATIONAL SHIPPING – RETURNS
To start a refund request please email us at returns@amlul.com including your order number as the subject.
Shipping expenses are the responsibility of our customers. We’ll however take to our charge shipping expenses if the product was damaged or faulty. In this case, please contact our customer service team (returns@amlul.com).
You can also return you item in our showroom in Madrid located in Calle Pelayo 48, 28004.
CONDITIONS
All items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all Amlul tags and original packaging.
Swimwear must be tried on over your own clothing. In order to be eligible for return, swimwear must include the hygiene strip.
Footwear must be returned unused and undamaged, with all original brand tags, the original box, dust bag, and packaging included.ㅤ
Amlul has the right to deny return credits if items received do not meet our return criteria. In this case, the items will be sent back to the customer.
Changes (exchanges) are subject to product availability and must be requested within 15 days from the date the order is received by contacting returns@amlul.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will confirm whether the desired item is available. If so, you will be guided through the next steps to complete the exchange.
