RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
All orders placed from December 1st, benefit from an extended return period until January 9th. Outside this period, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your order.ㅤ
· To request a refund or exchange of an item, you can request a scheduled pickup through the following link:

Please, notice that the cost of the scheduled pickup will be discounted from the amount of the refund. Customs and duty charges in case they apply—would have to be paid beforehand. Amlul has the right to deny all packages with customs costs and duties unpaid by the customer. Until such time as we receive an item in our warehouse it remains the customer’s responsibility.
· If you prefer to make the return by your own means, you can send an email to email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, “my product return” as a subject and the items you would like to return. Notice that sometimes customs will require to pay a further amount in order for the package to be returned. Customs and duty charges in case they apply—would have to be paid beforehand. Amlul has the right to deny all packages with customs costs and duties unpaid by the customer. Until such time as we receive an item in our warehouse it remains the customer’s responsibility.
· You can also return you item in our showroom in Madrid located in Calle Pelayo 48, 28004.
SALE ITEMS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
· If a sale is applied to the order placed, it cannot be returned as such. An exchange or a voucher can only be made for a period of six months.
· If a promotional code is applied (except 10%off welcome offer) to the order placed, it cannot be returned as such. An exchange or a voucher can only be made for a period of six months.
· SALE ITEMS BOUGHT DURING BLACK FRIDAY CANNOT BE RETURNED AS SUCH. AN EXCHANGE OR A VOUCHER CAN ONLY BE MADE FOR A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged with all Amlul tags and original packaging.
· Swimwear: must be tried on over your own clothing. In order to return swimwear, it must contain the hygiene strip. Amlul has the right to deny all swimwear that has been used or is unclean.
· Footwear: must be returned unused, undamaged with all brand tags, original box, dust bag and packaging.
Amlul has the right to deny return credits if items received do not meet our return criteria. In this case, the items will be sent back to the customer.
As soon as your return package has been received and processed, you’ll receive an email informing you of this. We will process your return within 15 days of receiving your package in our facilities.
If you change your mind, you have 15 days from the day you receive your order to return your item(s) in their original condition. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
Amlul has the right to deny returns if items received do not meet our return criteria. In this case, the items will be sent back to the customer.
If you are interested in a different size or color and want to exchange an item, the process is to request a return for the item you would like to exchange and simply re-order on our e-shop. In this instance, you’ll be expected to cover the return cost. We cannot ensure the availability of sizes when you request an exchange as it depends on our stock availability.
Shipping expenses are the responsibility of our customers. We’ll however take to our charge shipping expenses if the product was damaged or faulty. In this case, please contact our customer service team (email@example.com).
Customs and duties are our client’s responsibility. Amlul has the right to deny all returns with customs and duties unpaid.
A refund will be made within 15 working days from the day your returned package was received by our warehouse assuming all conditions outlined in our returns policy have been followed and met. Refunds can then take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
Our aim is that every item arrives in perfect condition and that you are happy with your purchase. In case you receive a fauty item, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are prepared to exchange items that appear to have manufacturing defects.
