Delivery & Shipping

Orders within Europe are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days, while international orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 working days. Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. Some of our carriers may deliver during weekends, which can occasionally shorten delivery times, but we cannot guarantee weekend delivery.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Madrid. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on the destination country. These costs are not included in the order total and must be covered by the customer.

Orders may be signed for by someone other than the recipient; however, we cannot accept responsibility if the signature at the delivery address does not match the intended recipient. Packages delivered with proof of signature cannot be refunded or replaced once the courier has confirmed successful delivery.
