To request a refund or exchange of an item, email email@example.com with your order number, “my product return” as a subject and the items you would like to return. Once approved, we will email you with the address to send it back to us. Please pack and send items back in their original packaging.
Amlul has the right to deny return credits if items received do not meet our return criteria. In this case, the items will be sent back to the customer.
*If a promotional code or a sale is applied (except welcome offer) to the order placed, it cannot be returned as such. An exchange or a voucher can only be made for a period of six months.
*Until such time as we receive an item in our warehouse it remains the customer’s responsibility.
As soon as your return package has been received and processed, you’ll receive an email informing you of this.
You have 15 days to change your mind and return your item(s) in their original condition. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
We are prepared to exchange items that appear to have manufacturing defect. In this case, please contact our customer service team. You can nevertheless request to return an item and re-order on our e-shop. In this instance, you’ll be expected to cover the return cost.
Shipping expenses are the responsibility of our customers. We’ll however take to our charge shipping expenses if the product was damaged or faulty. In this case, please contact our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
A refund will be made within 15 working days from the day your returned package was received by our warehouse assuming all conditions outlined in our returns policy have been followed and met.
