REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction is paramount to AMLUL so if you are not happy with your order you have up to 14 calendar days, from the day it was received, to exchange or return it.
The product must be in perfect condition, including label, original packaging and invoice to be able to return or exchange it. In an estimated period of 10 to 14 days we will proceed to refund the amount through the payment method used in the purchase of the product.
The corresponding courier costs will be borne by the customer. Depending on the shipping costs, the amount will be the same.
*Once the product is received for exchange or return, its condition is checked. If the product is not in perfect condition (used or broken material), we will not proceed with the exchange or return of the product.*
· To request a refund or exchange of an item, you can send an email to returns@amlul.com to schedule and organize your return. Please, contact us to get the information and get the item back to us.
· Email to returns@amlul.com with your order number, “my product return” as a subject if you have doubts or need some help with any question. Notice that sometimes customs will require you to pay a further amount in order for the package to be returned. Customs and duty charges in case they apply—would have to be paid beforehand. Amlul has the right to deny all packages with customs costs and duties unpaid by the customer. Until such time as we receive an item in our warehouse it remains the customer’s responsibility.
SHIPPING IN SPAIN:
· Email to returns@amlul.com with your order number, “my product return” as a subject and we will schedule the pickup of your product.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: it is necessary to take the package to a Fedex office. Click here to look for your Fedex Shipping Point.
· In case you have received your shipment with a label return on it, you just need to send the package with the return questionnaire completed and paste the return label outside of the bag in which you received the order. The label has the return address on it.
*Sales purchases, between January 15th and March 1th, will be only eligible for exchange, not refund.
Please, notice that the cost of the scheduled pickup will be discounted from the amount of the refund. Customs and duty charges in case they apply—would have to be paid beforehand. Amlul has the right to deny all packages with customs costs and duties unpaid by the customer. Until such time as we receive an item in our warehouse it remains the customer’s responsibility.

Customer service hours
Monday to Friday from 10:30h to 15:00h. You can send us an email to returns@amlul.com for returns, or to info@amlul.com if it is something related to other issues. We will answer you as soon as possible.
As soon as your return package has been received and processed, you’ll receive an email informing you of this. We will process your return within 14 days of receiving your package in our facilities.
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return your item(s) in their original condition. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
Amlul has the right to deny returns if items received do not meet our return criteria. In this case, a voucher for the amount of the order will be made.
If you are interested in a different size or color and want to exchange an item, the process is to request a return for the item you would like to exchange and simply re-order on our e-shop. In this instance, you’ll be expected to cover the return cost. We cannot ensure the availability of sizes when you request an exchange as it depends on our stock availability.
For orders in Spain, please send us an email to returns@amlul.com since we can arrange a shipping of the new products with pick-up of the original order.
Shipping expenses are the responsibility of our customers. We’ll however take to our charge shipping expenses if the product was damaged or faulty. In this case, please contact our customer service team (returns@amlul.com).
Customs and duties are our client’s responsibility. Amlul has the right to deny all returns with customs and duties unpaid.
A refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the day your returned package was received by our warehouse assuming all conditions outlined in our returns policy have been followed and met. Refunds can then take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
