Shipping & returns
The orders will delivery together with a delivery form within a maximum of 2-5 working days for deliveries within the French territory, and 20 working days in the other countries.
If you change your mind, you have 15 days from the day you receive your order to return your item(s) in their original condition. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
Shipping expenses are the responsibility of our customers. We’ll however take to our charge shipping expenses if the product was damaged or faulty. In this case, please contact our customer service team (returns@amlul.com).

Is it possible to track my order?
You can track the delivery of your order. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link which allows you to follow the progress of your order on the site of your chosen delivery service provider. Your unique tracking number is indicated in the dashboard of your account. By clicking on the tracking number you will be redirected to the site of your chosen delivery service provider where you can follow the progress of your order.
When will my order be shipped?
The orders will delivery together with a delivery form within a maximum of 2-5 working days for deliveries within the French territory, and 20 working days in the other countries.
Do you deliver on bank holidays and weekends?
Expected delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays.
We usually advise weekend delivery would not be possible.
Some of our couriers do travel across weekends, often making for a shorter delivery time, but we cannot guarantee weekend delivery.
How do I return my order?
you have 15 days from the day you receive your order to return your item(s) in their original condition.
· To request a refund or exchange of an item, you can request a scheduled pickup through the following link:

For pick-up issues, please send an e-mail to returns@iflastmile.com.
Please, notice that the cost of the scheduled pickup will be discounted from the amount of the refund. Customs and duty charges in case they apply—would have to be paid beforehand. Amlul has the right to deny all packages with customs costs and duties unpaid by the customer. Until such time as we receive an item in our warehouse it remains the customer’s responsibility.

CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unused, undamaged with all Amlul tags and original packaging.
· Swimwear: must be tried on over your own clothing. In order to return swimwear, it must contain the hygiene strip. Amlul has the right to deny all swimwear that has been used or is unclean.
· Footwear: must be returned unused, undamaged with all brand tags, original box, dust bag and packaging.

Amlul has the right to deny return credits if items received do not meet our return criteria. In this case, the items will be sent back to the customer.
If you are interested in a different size or color and want to exchange an item, the process is to request a return for the item you would like to exchange and simply re-order on our e-shop. In this instance, you’ll be expected to cover the return cost. We cannot ensure the availability of sizes when you request an exchange as it depends on our stock availability.
