Returns & Refunds
As soon as your return package has been received and processed by our quality and control check, your order will be process in the next 15 working days (note our working days are Monday to Friday).

During sale periods, returns are not accepted.
Only exchanges for size or model are allowed, provided the item is in perfect condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
To start a refund request please email us at returns@amlul.com including your order number as the subject.
· All your refund item/s will be processed in the next 15 working days since the reception of the items at our warehouse and after a successful quality control check has been issued ( our working days are Monday- Friday).
· All products must be in perfect condition, including label, original packaging and invoice to be elegible for return or exchange.
· Return courier costs will be at the customer's expense. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
· Unpaid Customs costs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Until we receive the item at our warehouse it remains the customer’s responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: please bring your package to a Fedex office. Find your nearest Fedex Shipping Point
· Please, include on the return package the return questionnaire completed and paste the return label outside of the bag in which you received the order. The label has the return address on it.
All purchases made during the SALES period are only eligible for exchange.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your email request to be answered. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM (CET). For return inquiries, please contact us at returns@amlul.com
If you change your mind, you have 15 days from the day you receive your order to return your item(s) in their original condition. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
Amlul has the right to deny returns if items received do not meet our return criteria. In this case, a voucher for the amount of the order will be made.
We want you to love your purchase. Please read our exchange guidelines carefully:
• Eligibility: Exchanges are available only for products purchased during a sale period. Outside of sale periods, exchanges are only allowed for products that are currently in stock.
• Timeframe: You may request an exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase.
• Stock Availability: Exchanges can only be processed if the requested size, style, or color is in stock at the time of the request.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Accessories, final markdown items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for exchange.
• Process: To initiate an exchange, please emails us at returns@amlul.com stating with your order number.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
Shipping expenses are customer’s responsibility. If the product received by the customr appears to be faulty, AMLUL will cover the return shipping costs. Please email your case at returns@amlul.com including shipping bill, order number, and photos of the product(s) along with a brief explanation of the issue.
Customs and duties are at our client’s responsibility. Amlul has the right to deny all returns with customs and duties unpaid.
A refund will be issued within 15 working days from the date the returned package is received at our warehouse, provided that all conditions outlined in our returns policy have been met.
Please note that, while refunds are processed within this timeframe, some international banks may take longer to reflect the refund in your account.
