During sale periods, returns are not accepted.
Only exchanges for size or model are allowed, provided the item is in perfect condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
We recommend checking sizes and product details carefully before making a purchase.

The orders will delivery together with a delivery form within a maximum of 2-5 working days for deliveries within the EU territory, and 3-7 working days in the other countries.
RETURN IN SPAIN: email to returns@amlul.com with your order number, “my product return” as a subject and we will schedule the pickup of your product.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN: it is necessary to take the package to a Fedex office. Click here to look for your Fedex Shipping Point. In case you have received your shipment with a label return on it, you just need to send the package with the return questionnaire completed and paste the return label outside of the bag in which you received the order. The label has the return address on it.
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return your item(s) in their original condition. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
Shipping expenses are the responsibility of our customers. We’ll however take to our charge shipping expenses if the product was damaged or faulty. In this case, please contact our customer service team (returns@amlul.com).
