LEGAL TERMS OF THE INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY

1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company AMLUL (Sadego Fashion Business SL), with registered address at Calle Pelayo 48, Madrid, and CIF B93686756, organizes a giveaway on the social network Instagram, called "SPRING GIVEAWAY."

2. PURPOSE OF THE GIVEAWAY
The giveaway aims to reward one of our followers with a gift voucher worth €300 for purchasing dresses in our online store https://shop.amlul.com/ or at our physical store.

3. GIVEAWAY DURATION
The giveaway will begin on March 24 and end on March 30 at 00:00 local time in Spain. Entries submitted outside the established period will not be accepted.

4. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
To participate, users must:

Follow our Instagram account @amlul.
Like the giveaway post.
Comment on the post by mentioning 2 friends. Optionally, participants can share the post in their stories for an extra entry. The more times they share, the more chances they have to win. The more mentions, the more chances to win.

5. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be randomly selected through the "App Sorteos" application on March 31. One winner and two backup winners will be chosen in case the initial winner does not claim their prize within the established period.

6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner's name will be announced on our Instagram account via a story and/or post on March 31, 2025. Additionally, the winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If they do not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be awarded to a backup winner.

7. PRIZE
The prize consists of a gift voucher worth €300, valid exclusively for purchasing dresses in our store. It is not redeemable for cash or other products.

8. DATA PROTECTION
Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and solely for the purpose of managing the giveaway.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or administer this giveaway in any way.
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who fraudulently participates in the giveaway.
In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway.
