Those who have been following me for a long time, will know that in 2013 I traveled to Moscow to open and close Mango SS2013 show. Last October I had the opportunity to travel for the second time to Russia to celebrate TSUM department store 110th anniversary.
On the first day, I attend the welcome dinner at the Bolshoi restaurant dressed in Dior and Loewe. There we met the entire team of TSUM and I met again friends and colleagues of profession like Helena Bordon. Without a doubt, this is one of the things that I like the most about work trips.
The next morning, we made a tour of the department store located in a historic building of six floors of neo-gothic style. I wore an amazing velvet dress by Valentino. Its departments house the best fashion, cosmetics and accessories brands. In addition, they always offer a personalized and exclusive service to each client. We enjoy a lot discovering the latest trends and collections of all firms.
It was freezing cold in Moscow. It was snowing all day and, accustomed to the time of Cadaques, the change in temperature became complicated. Thanks to the shooting we did on TSUM and a wonderful Valentino fur coat, it was easier to get along with the cold.
That night, it was the anniversary celebration party. The location was a secret and we unknown all about the event. When we left the transfer, the only rule they gave us was “Go ahead and never look back”. To complete this atmosphere of mystery, we had to walk through a long dark corridor, until reach “Tsum magic forest”, a maze of performances where we tasted the best Russian delicatessens and cocktails. To finish the event, we enjoyed a fabulous dinner and we had a lot of fun dancing the typical Russian dance. I leave photos of the impressive Dior look that I wore that night.
If you are thinking of going to Moscow soon, TSUM is a mandatory stop for a shooping day.
